FAQ’s

Yes, we are a fully licensed Villa with a full touristic V licence allowing us to rent the villa to a maximum of 7 persons. Our licence number is E-35-2-0000216.

Check-In Time is 3pm and Check-out time is 10am. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out time, please let us know at the time of booking. Accommodating your request will purely depend upon if we have guests vacating/arriving. As I’m sure you can appreciate, we need to ensure the villa is inspected and prepared to the highest of standards before any guest arrives and this is not something we are willing to rush. However, we will do our utmost to be as flexible as possible. We reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee where the agreed check-out time on day of departure is more than 4 hours from our normal check-out time.

No unfortunately due to allergies, the villa has a strict no-pet policy in the building or around the grounds.

Yes, please advise at the time of booking and this can be arranged for an agreed fee.

As a licensed Villa we can provide a ramp for wheelchair access. All bedrooms/bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The only limitation would be access to the roof terrace. However, there is a large outdoor terrace situated on the ground floor which provides the ideal spot for al fresco dining and sunbathing.

Yes, each of the 4 bedrooms and lounge have individual air conditioning units. For stays June to September, air conditioning is included in the price of your booking.  Please discuss options at the time of booking.

Yes, the pool is heated during the winter season, October through to May.

The villa has a strict no-smoking policy within the building and grounds. Please smoke or vape outside of the property gates and dispose of your cigarettes in a safe manner. Please do not litter or leave disregarded cigarettes on the floor. This is our family home and we would like to keep it looking and smelling fresh and clean for all the guests we host. We also hope to keep our community litter free and cause no upset to our neighbours.

Yes, the villa has an outdoor BBQ, and all BBQ tools can be found in our well-equipped kitchen. Charcoal can be purchased at any of the local supermarkets. Our only ask is that you clean after use.
