Please note the client will also be required to pay an additional management charge directly to our property management company. The fee for this is €165 euros. This fee is charged as a one time fee per stay and is not dependant on how long you stay. This charge is to be paid by the client either upon arrival or by prior arrangement with the property manager.
Our Property management team will make contact with you prior to your stay to arrange this and your arrival. The fee is mandatory and covers a variety of costs, which are, not limited to but include Guest Police Registration – Spanish Law requires every guest that visits the island to be registered with the police prior to arrival. Villa preparation, cleaning, linen, towels, beach towels, welcome hamper and our meet and greet service. The management team will be on hand during your entire stay to ensure you have everything you require from pool cleaning to midweek linen changes should you require (additional charges apply). We will endeavour to meet all requests to ensure your stay is as pleasant as can be.

A 25% non-refundable Booking Deposit is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A Damages Deposit of £250.00 is also due on booking and is returned in full within 1 week after departure providing no damaged has occurred. Air conditioning is included in your booking price from April to October. Pool heating is included in your booking price from November through to March. Although both air conditioning and pool heating can be arranged out of season for an additional fee.
